【Product Details of Smithrin Shampoo Premium】
● Smithrin Shampoo Premium is a pharmaceutical product with excellent effectiveness in exterminating head lice and pubic lice that parasitize humans.
● There are three types of lice that parasitize humans: head lice, pubic lice, and body lice. They suck blood from the skin and cause itching and eczema. Head lice are especially known to cause outbreaks among nursery, kindergarten, and elementary school children.

【Indications and Effects】
Extermination of lice
【Dosage and Administration】
Use the following amount on the area where lice are present.
・Application site and amount per use:
Hair on the head: about 10–20 mL
Pubic hair: about 3–5 mL

・How to use:
1. Wet the lice-infested hair or pubic hair with water or lukewarm water beforehand.
2. Use the specified amount and shampoo thoroughly so that it reaches the hair roots and is evenly distributed over the entire area.
3. After shampooing, leave it on for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.
4. Repeat this procedure once a day, every three days (every other day), 3 to 4 times.
* Shampooing time of 3–5 minutes is appropriate.

★ Precautions related to dosage and administration
(1) Strictly follow the dosage and administration instructions.
(2) Use this product only on the targeted local areas such as the scalp or pubic hair; do not apply it to other exposed parts of the body.
(3) Be careful not to get it into the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, urethra, vagina, anus, etc. If it gets into the eyes, immediately rinse with water or lukewarm water.
(4) After use, wash hands, combs, etc., with water or lukewarm water and soap.
(5) When using on children, ensure it is used under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(6) If the hair is dyed with hair manicure or similar products, the dye may dissolve and fade due to this product. Also, be careful as the dissolved dye may stain clothing.
(7) Avoid contact with food, dishes, toys, ornamental fish, etc.
(8) Although this product kills live lice, dead eggs or egg shells attached to the hair cannot be removed by this product alone. If concerned, please comb them out using the included special comb.

Per 1 mL:
Phenothrin (Smithrin®): 4 mg
Additives include propylene glycol, polysorbate 80, alkyl dimethyl amine oxide solution, ethanol, glycerin, sodium lauryl sulfate, lauric acid diethanolamide, methylparaben, caramel, edetate disodium hydrate, hydrochloric acid, and fragrance.

★ Storage and Handling Precautions
This product is a medicine exclusively for lice extermination. Store separately from regular shampoos and do not use for hair washing purposes.

(3) After use, clean the cap, wipe it dry with a cloth, and close it securely.
(4) Do not transfer to another container (may cause misuse or quality changes).
(5) Do not use past the expiration date indicated on the box or label. Even within the expiration date, use promptly after opening.
(6) Do not mix tap water or other liquids into the container (may alter effectiveness).
(7) Do not use if the solution is cloudy.
