A spicy edible seasoning made from home-made "spicy oil" such as Sichuan pepper, Sichuan pepper, chili, sesame oil, and rapeseed oil, and seasoned with fried garlic, onion, and black sesame.
In addition, the original oil made by adding "burnt garlic" gives it a unique rich and mellow taste and just the right bitterness. Similar to the "slightly spicy chili oil that looks spicy but is not actually spicy", Momoya uses a unique technology to maintain the crispy texture and appetizing flavor of fried garlic even when soaked in chili oil.
The "electrically spicy" taste of carefully selected Japanese peppers and chili peppers is delicious even on rice, and authentic Sichuan dishes such as mapo tofu, drooling chicken, and soupless dandan noodles can be easily made.
