【How to Use】
To prevent tearing and damage:
1. Before use, smooth your nails and heels, and remove rings or similar items.
2. Do not use your nails or pull up all at once.
(1) Check front and back. The side with the tag is the back (buttocks side).
(2) Pull up to the ankle and align the position accurately.
(3) Insert both thumbs inside and gradually pull up evenly.
(4) Pull up so there is no gap under the crotch, then evenly pull up to the waist.
(5) Adjust the tightness of the waist cord.
