【Liposmin Product Details】
● Unlike medical sleep medications (benzodiazepines), this product is based on the side effect "drowsiness" of antihistamines (diphenhydramine hydrochloride). Taking it before sleep alleviates temporary insomnia.
● It is an easy-to-swallow film-coated tablet.
【Indications and Effects】
- Relief of symptoms of temporary insomnia: difficulty falling asleep, shallow sleep
【Dosage and Administration】
- For difficulty falling asleep or shallow sleep, take the following amount once before bedtime with water or hot water without chewing, once a day.
Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets per dose, once daily
Children under 15 years: Do not use
★ Precautions related to dosage and administration
- Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
- Taking more than 2 tablets at once may cause unpleasant symptoms such as nervous excitement and may paradoxically lead to insomnia.
- Do not take this medication at times other than before sleep.

【Precautions】
★ Usage Precautions
＜Do not do＞
- Do not use if you are:
(1) Pregnant or suspected pregnant persons.
(2) Children under 15 years.
(3) Suffering from chronic insomnia.
(4) Diagnosed with insomnia.
- Do not take other medications including hypnotics, sedatives, cold medicines, antipyretic and analgesic drugs, cough and expectorant medicines, antihistamines (such as nasal allergy medications, motion sickness drugs, allergy medications).
- Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication (drowsiness may cause accidents). If drowsiness or fatigue persists into the next day, avoid operating vehicles or machinery until symptoms subside.
- If breastfeeding, do not take this medication or avoid breastfeeding during use.
- Do not consume alcohol before or after taking the medication.
- Use only for occasional sleep difficulties; do not use continuously.
＜Consultation＞
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are:
(1) Receiving medical treatment.
(2) Elderly (may experience stronger drowsiness or paradoxical nervous excitement).
(3) Have a history of allergies to medications.
(4) Suffering from urinary difficulty.
(5) Diagnosed with glaucoma or prostate hypertrophy.
- If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medication, stop immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist with the product leaflet, as these may be side effects:
Skin: Rash, redness, itching
Digestive: Stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
Nervous system: Dizziness, headache, feeling of heaviness upon waking, daytime sleepiness, discomfort, nervousness, temporary consciousness disturbances (such as decreased attention, sleepiness, impaired judgment, abnormal speech or behavior)
Circulatory: Palpitations
Urinary: Difficult urination
Others: Fatigue
- If the following symptoms occur or persist, discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist with the product leaflet:
Dry mouth, diarrhea
- If symptoms do not improve after 2-3 doses, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.
＜Other cautions＞
- Drowsiness or fatigue may continue into the next day.
★ Storage and Handling Precautions
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer to other containers to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
- Write the date of opening on the "Opening Date" section of the box and keep it together with this document.
- Do not use products past their expiration date.
