Pursuing a delicious combination of carefully selected milk and high-quality cheese
Our Salt & Camembert Cookies are a pastry chef's carefully crafted recipe, inspired by the question of how to best incorporate high-quality Camembert cheese into a delicious confection.
We're particular about the ingredients we use.
These cookies are made with a dough made with Hokkaido milk and Guérande salt from France, sandwiching Camembert cheese chocolate* between cookies.
