Adequate intake of energy and nutrients is necessary during exercise and rehabilitation.
Rehadays is formulated to support body building such as muscles and bones by considering energy and including leucine※1, citrulline※2, vitamin D, and calcium.
With a small volume of 125 mL, it is easy to consume as daily nutrition supplementation during exercise or rehabilitation. The recommended intake is 1 to 2 bottles per day.
※1 Leucine is one of the BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids). BCAAs account for about 40% of essential amino acids that must be supplemented from external sources and are particularly noted for their nutritional effects among amino acids.
※2 Citrulline is one of the compounds constituting the urea cycle and was discovered in 1930 by Japanese researchers from watermelon juice. It is an amino acid widely found in animals, especially mammals.
