【How to Use】
★Usage Instructions
*Please attach so that the hook-and-loop fastener does not touch clothing. (It may cause fraying or runs.)
To support the waist more firmly, insert the included auxiliary plate into the inner pocket.
(1) Align the supporter with the height of the navel.
(2) Align the center of the supporter with the position of the spine.
(3) While pulling, wrap it around your body.
