- Using Sichuan pepper, Sichuan pepper, chili, sesame oil, rapeseed oil as raw materials, home-extracted "spicy sesame oil", stir-fry garlic. It's a kind of cooking oil. Add a spicy seasoning made from fried onion, fried onion and black sesame seeds.
● In addition, the original oil of "burnt garlic" is added, which has a unique rich and mellow and just the right bitterness.
Similar to "slightly spicy chili oil that looks spicy but isn't," the Peach House technique is used to create fried garlic that retains its crisp texture and appetizing flavor even when soaked in chili oil.
● The "shocking spiciness" of carefully selected Japanese chilies and chilies is delicious even when eaten directly with rice, making it easy to make authentic Sichuan dishes such as mapo tofu, chicken running water and soup-free Dandan noodles. I did it.
