What is Shincha Karigane?
From late April to early May, all the new buds are harvested simultaneously, but some inevitably grow a little later.
The tender buds undergo careful picking and minimal processing to preserve their flavor and aroma, resulting in "Shincha Karigane."
This affordable new tea boasts the refreshing taste characteristic of fresh tea leaves, along with the crisp aftertaste of tea stems.
Even when brewed quickly at high temperatures, this tea retains its delicious flavor, making it a perfect accompaniment to everyday meals and a thoughtful gift for holiday greetings.
