・Constipation

■ Dosage and Administration
Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water before bedtime (or on an empty stomach).
Start with the minimum dose initially and adjust gradually according to bowel movement and condition.

　Age: Single dose: Times per day
・Adults (15 years and older): 3–6 tablets: once
・11 years to under 15 years: 2–4 tablets: once
・7 years to under 11 years: 2–3 tablets: once
・5 years to under 7 years: 1–2 tablets: once
・Under 5 years: Do not take

2. Try to consume foods rich in fiber and plenty of fluids.

3. Engage in moderate exercise and abdominal massage.
4. Drinking cold water or milk immediately after waking up can stimulate bowel movements.
