Made with rich-flavored domestic pomelos as the base, slowly simmered with domestic granulated sugar and honey over low heat.
The mellow sweetness of honey gently wraps around the distinctive slight bitterness of pomelo. To further accentuate the pomelo aroma, orange liqueur is added as the finishing touch.
Besides being mixed with hot or cold water for drinking, it can also be added to tea (jasmine tea is recommended), spread on scones and toasted bread like citrus jam, or stirred into yogurt. It has a wide variety of uses.
