【How to Consume】
1. Put one stick (20g) into a cup.
2. Add about 100mL of water or hot water and stir well.
・Dissolves well even in cold water.
・Enjoy at your preferred concentration.
・Since Bifidobacterium is heat-sensitive, use water up to 40°C.
・Also delicious when mixed with coffee or green juice.
