[Product Details of Yamamoto Kampo Japanese Pharmacopoeia Senna]
● "Japanese Pharmacopoeia Senna" is a teabag type senna that is effective for constipation.
● It is effective even for severe constipation.
● As an herbal laxative, it has a gentle effect.
● Slightly warm it to make it easier to drink.

[Indications and Effects]
Constipation. Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation: heavy head, flushing, rough skin, pimples, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, abnormal intestinal fermentation, hemorrhoids.
[Dosage and Administration]
Adults (15 years and older): Place one sachet (one-day dose) in 150mL to 200mL of boiling water, simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, then remove the sachet. Take half to the entire amount of the decoction once before bedtime if possible. For the first time, start with the minimum dose and adjust gradually according to bowel condition.
Ages 11 to under 15: 2/3 of adult dose
Ages 7 to under 11: 1/2 of adult dose
Ages 3 to under 7: 1/3 of adult dose
Under 3 years: Do not take

(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) When giving to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.

[How to Take]

Prepare 150mL to 200mL of hot water in an earthenware pot or kettle (made of aluminum or stainless steel), add one bag, and simmer on the lowest low heat for about 15 minutes. (Avoid high heat as it may cause burning; use a very low heat.)
