【Indications and Effects】
- Constipation

【Dosage and Administration】
- Adults (15 years and older): Add about 150 mL of boiling water to 1.5g to 3.0g per day, boil for 15 minutes, then strain out the residue and take once, preferably before bedtime. For the first time, start with the minimum dose and adjust gradually according to bowel movement status.
