Product Details
1. Contains iron to treat anemia; taking one tablet daily for two to three weeks can be effective against anemia.
2. The included iron is well absorbed in the body and helps cure anemia as well as fatigue, lethargy, and dizziness caused by anemia.
3. Contains 10 mg of iron, equivalent to the amount found in 111 g of chicken liver or 500 g of spinach.
4. Includes vitamin C equivalent to about three lemons to enhance iron absorption, vitamin E to protect red blood cells, vitamin B12 to produce red blood cells, and folic acid.
5. Effective for adolescent girls with anemia, pre- and postnatal anemia, and morning fatigue.
6. Smaller in size compared to conventional products.

The inclusion of soluble ferrous pyrophosphate may cause constipation or black stools.

Usage and Dosage
Adults (15 years and older): Take one tablet once daily after meals. You may take it at any time morning, noon, or night.

(1) If symptoms of anemia improve even slightly, continue taking the medication patiently. Consult a pharmacist or doctor for details.
(2) Do not drink gyokuro, sencha, coffee, or black tea within 30 minutes before or after taking this medication. Hojicha, bancha, oolong tea, genmaicha, and barley tea are acceptable.
(3) If no improvement is observed after about two weeks of use, consider other causes or underlying conditions. Discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
