Indomesal Plus

Features: Indomesal Plus is a patch preparation formulated with indomethacin, an ingredient that relieves pain such as muscle pain and joint pain, combined with vitamin E acetate ester to improve blood circulation in the affected area, and glycyrrhetinic acid to enhance the anti-inflammatory effect.
These ingredients penetrate the skin of the affected area collectively, directly suppress the substances causing pain, relieve symptoms, and demonstrate excellent effectiveness.
Indications: Muscle pain, joint pain, tenosynovitis (pain in the hand and wrist), lower back pain, bruises, sprains, elbow pain (such as tennis elbow), shoulder pain associated with stiff shoulders.
Dosage and Administration:
・Apply to the affected area up to twice a day.
・Do not use in children under 15 years old.

● Precautions related to Dosage and Administration
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) People with sensitive skin should apply a small piece about 1–2 cm square on a weak spot on the inner arm for more than half a day before use and confirm that no rash, redness, itching, or irritation occurs.
(3) This product treats only symptoms such as pain and swelling and does not cure the underlying disease causing these symptoms; use only when symptoms are present.
(4) When sweating or when the affected area is wet, wipe it well before use.
Ingredients and Quantity (per 100 g of ointment base):
Indomethacin ... 0.5 g
Vitamin E acetate ester ... 0.3 g
Glycyrrhetinic acid ... 0.05 g
Additives: Kaolin, titanium dioxide, partially saponified polyvinyl alcohol, partially neutralized polyacrylic acid, carbovinyl polymer, carmellose sodium, D-sorbitol, glycerin, edetate sodium, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, magnesium aluminum silicate, polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil, L-menthol

Precautions for Use
● Things you must not do
(Failure to comply may worsen current symptoms or increase the likelihood of side effects.)
1. Do not use if:
(1) You have had allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.
(2) You have experienced asthma attacks.
(3) You are under 15 years old.
2. Do not use on the following areas:
(1) Around the eyes, mucous membranes, etc.
(2) Eczema, rashes, wounds.
(3) Areas affected by fungal infections such as athlete’s foot or tinea, or areas that are suppurating.
3. Do not use continuously for more than 2 weeks.

● Consult a doctor or pharmacist
1. Before use, consult if:
(1) You are receiving medical treatment.
(2) You are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant.
(3) You have a history of allergic reactions to medicines.
2. If you experience any of the following symptoms after use, stop using immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this package:

Symptoms: Rash, redness, itching, swelling, stinging, heat sensation, dryness
3. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 days of use, discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this package.

● Storage and Handling Precautions
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container (may cause misuse or deterioration of quality).
(4) To maintain quality, after opening, close the bag zipper tightly and store without exposure to air.
(5) Do not use products past the expiration date.
