「Usage Instructions」
Take 3 times a day after each meal and before bedtime if necessary.
Additionally, in some cases, up to 6 times daily at approximately 4-hour intervals.
Do not administer to children under 1 year old, and follow the dosage: 10mL for children 5–8 years old, 7.5mL for 3–5 years old, 6mL for 1–3 years old, 3mL for children over 3 months to under 1 year old. Do not give to children under 3 months old.

Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 20mg / dl-Methylephedrine Hydrochloride 25mg / Guaiaphensin 100mg / Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4mg / Nandina Leaf Extract 0.34mL (equivalent to 340mg of crude drug) / Kikyō Leaf Extract 0.15mL (equivalent to 150mg of crude drug) / Senega Root Extract 0.15mL (equivalent to 150mg of crude drug)

「Precautions for Use」
This medicine is intended for children; however, the general precautions for cough and sputum expectorants are provided.
● Do not do the following (to prevent worsening symptoms or side effects/accidents):
1. Do not give to people who have had allergic reactions to this medicine or its ingredients.
2. Do not use concurrently with other medicines containing cough suppressants, cold remedies, sedatives, or antihistamines (such as nasal allergy medications, motion sickness drugs, allergy medications).
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medicine (may cause drowsiness).
● Consult a doctor or pharmacist if:
1. You are under medical treatment.
2. You are pregnant or suspect pregnancy.
3. You are breastfeeding.
4. You are elderly.
5. You have experienced allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
6. You have symptoms such as high fever or difficulty urinating.
7. You have been diagnosed with heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, glaucoma, or thyroid dysfunction.
If any of the following symptoms occur after taking the medicine, stop use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this leaflet:
- Skin rash, redness, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing, or hoarseness immediately after taking (shock/anaphylaxis).
- Pale skin, nasal bleeding, gum bleeding, fever, fatigue, rapid heartbeat, difficulty breathing, hematuria, or signs of aplastic anemia such as sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.
- Symptoms such as dry mouth or drowsiness; if these persist or worsen, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.
- If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 doses, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.

Storage instructions:
(1) Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, tightly sealed.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to other containers to prevent misuse or quality deterioration.
(4) Wash the measuring cup thoroughly after each use and keep it clean together with the medicine.
(5) The syrup may harden; wipe the bottle opening before closing tightly after each use.
(6) Do not use products past the expiration date (printed on the case and bottle with year and month).
Even within the expiration date, consume promptly after opening for quality preservation.
(7) Contains herbal ingredients; occasional sediment may form but does not affect efficacy. Shake well before use.
