■ Dokudami grows naturally in damp shaded fields and blooms delicate white cross-shaped flowers from early to midsummer.
The whole plant is harvested during this period as tea material, but raw has a distinctive odor. This odor can be reduced by drying.
Honzo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.'s Dokudami Tea combines dokudami, green tea, brown rice, goji leaves, and persimmon leaves to make it easy to drink.

How to enjoy:
(1) For a stronger “Dokudami Tea,” put one tea bag (5g) into about 500ml of boiling water and simmer on low heat for several minutes until your preferred flavor is extracted, then drink.
(2) For a lighter “Dokudami Tea,” put a tea bag in a teapot, pour hot water in the desired amount, and once your preferred color is reached, pour into a cup and drink.
(3) Leaving the tea bag in hot water for a long time may cause bitterness, so please remove it promptly.
