These cookies are baked using the Japanese confectionery manufacturing technique known as "scissor-style baking". This technique removes only excess oil, achieving the perfect balance between texture and flavor. The ingredients are simple; the rich cream frosting evokes the original flavor of butter, and the crispy cookie dough is sandwiched between crispy butter caramels, creating a double-layered finishing effect.
The packaging uses a functional and industrial gray color, paired with a bright orange that is reminiscent of molten iron, creating a sense of passion amidst tranquility.
