【Indications and Effects】
- Pre- and postnatal disorders (anemia, fatigue, dizziness, edema), blood deficiency symptoms, menopausal disorders, neurosis, menstrual irregularities, menstrual pain, headache, shoulder stiffness, abdominal pain, lower back pain, cold sensitivity, hot flashes, dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, shortness of breath, palpitations, edema, colds.
*Blood deficiency symptoms refer to mental and physical symptoms such as mental unrest and irritability that appear with hormonal fluctuations during menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and menopause.
【Usage and Dosage】
- Adults (15 years and older): Take 1 packet daily, three times a day before breakfast and bedtime.
- For the first and second doses, place 1 packet into a cup, add about 180 mL of hot water, shake well, and take before breakfast and dinner.
- For the third dose, add about 270 mL of water to the remaining packet used in the morning and evening, simmer until about 180 mL remains, and take before sleeping.
