Alkaline Danish Pastry Biscuit, Spicy Flavor, 1.76 oz

Product Highlights

• A perfect fusion of classic German "Lye Process" and French "Danish Pastry Lamination"

• Possessing both the layered, flaky lightness of Danish pastry that crumbles with every bite, and retaining the unique chewy resilience characteristic of lye bread

• The moment you bite in, it's crispy at first, then chewy; a rich explosion of layers instantly bursts in your mouth, making each bite a brand new taste experience

• Authentic Mala (spicy, numbing, fresh, and aromatic) flavor, permeating between the layers of flaky pastry, perfectly balancing the richness of butter. The more you chew, the more fragrant it becomes; spicy but not harsh, refreshing and addictive

• Utilizing a professional lye soaking process, which imparts the crust with a unique deep brown luster and a rich toasted wheat flavor. The subtle saltiness of the lye and the Mala flavor complement each other, enhancing the overall richness of the taste and resulting in a more sophisticated savory umami texture
