【Enjoy the taste of AFURI at home easily】
With carefully selected ingredients, the soup authentically replicates the taste of the restaurant, and the specially crafted noodles, designed for texture and flavor, allow you to enjoy the taste of AFURI just like at the restaurant, right at home. Perfect as a treat for yourself or as a gift for loved ones, this "souvenir ramen" is sure to delight.

【Commitment to Deliciousness】
【Noodles】 Made from a base of high-quality wheat flour with strong elasticity, stickiness, and resistance to overcooking, combined with two types of whole wheat flour of different grinds to create extremely fine noodles. After multiple trials and adjustments, this unique dry noodle recipe has been perfected—something you won’t find anywhere else.

【Soup】 Made without chemical seasonings, the soup is crafted using only carefully selected ingredients like chicken carcass, aromatic vegetables, kombu, and dried fish to bring out the "strength" of the ingredients. Despite its clear golden color, the soup boasts a deep and complex flavor, woven together by the high-quality ingredients used.

【Toppings】 The ramen features finely cut domestic yuzu peel, one of the signature ingredients that define AFURI's flavor. Great care has been taken to balance the granularity and quantity of yuzu in each bowl, offering a refreshing citrus aroma with every bite.

【Net Weight】 290g (75g noodles × 2 servings)
